1. No refunds if cancelling within 14 days prior to the course.

2. 50% refund if you cancel 15-30 days prior to the course.

3. A full refund will be made if you cancel a full calendar month or more prior to the course.

4. If the study material has been dispatched to you, any request to cancel course attendance will result in the refunded amount being subject to the course cancellation policy Clauses 1, 2 & 3 AND the refunded amount being less the study material cost.

5. Any requests to postpone a confirmed (and paid) course booking will be charged a postponement fee equal to 30% of the course fee. This fee is payable by no later than 24 hours PRIOR to the course date originally scheduled for. Failure to pay this fee on time will result in the paid course fee being forfeited by the applicant.

6. There will be no course postponements allowed from one calendar year to another. For example, a course fee paid towards a confirmed course booking for a course in the year 2025 cannot be postponed and considered effective in the year 2026 or beyond. This course postponement will be classified as a course cancellation and will be subject to the course cancellation policy Clauses 1, 2, 3 & 4.

7. There will be no special arrangements afforded to applicants outside of the above mentioned provisions for course cancellation.

NB: NB: In the event that you have registered on a course date that does not have a minimum required number of students and the course is cancelled, then you will be informed in advance and will be given the first option to reschedule to an alternative date.
