Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition & Stabilisation (PEARS) Course Options

Participants interact with real patient cases, and realistic simulations and animations to assess and stabilize pediatric patients experiencing respiratory and shock emergencies, and cardiopulmonary arrest. PEARS prepares students to provide appropriate lifesaving interventions within the initial minutes of response until a child can be transferred to an advanced life support provider. The course is designed for healthcare providers and others who might encounter pediatric emergency situations during their work, including physicians and nurses not specializing in paediatrics, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, EMS.

ACLS Update/Refresher
The ACLS Update/Refresher course is designed for purposes of revising and recapping the lifesaving skills required to be both a clinically competent team member and a team leader in a resuscitation attempt either in an in-hospital or out-of-hospital setting. REQUIREMENT: A valid and active ACLS Provider Certificate
- Only 1 Day course duration
- Highly recommended for all healthcare providers wishing to maintain their clinical skills competence in adult emergency cardiovascular care.

Respiratory emergencies and shock being the commonest cause of cardiac arrest in children, we will teach you the effective approach to assessing and managing them.
- Highly recommended for healthcare providers working in the emergency departments, paediatric wards, paediatric ICU’s and pre-hospital environments
- Internationally recognized certificate
