The training was very fruitful. I have learned so much and it even improved my confidence in BLS. The instructor was friendly and open enough and made us comfortable. We could ask questions freely and we had opportunity to make mistakes and rectify them.

The training was organised in a well-structured way. It was practical and interactive throughout. It exceeded my expectations. The instructor does an amazing job. I would highly recommend him as an instructor.

Mostly the hands-on activities as well as the instructor's passion, enthusiasm and expertise.

Intense – lots information to process in a short time. Requires a lot of theoretical knowledge.

The test which I failed gave me perspective that this is something to be taken seriously in preparation and not just rely on knowledge gained through work experience.

I found both BLS and ACLS training to be extremely beneficial. The combination of our instructor and hands on practice helped me grasp the critical skills needed for managing both respiratory and cardiac emergencies. OUR INSTRUCTOR was great at explaining complex topics clearly

Fun, sharing our different challenges on clinical set ups.

How would you describe this training to a colleague?:
What a great Experience!! 😊 Every time i attend the institute i always go back not only with the experience offered from the intensive training but a new fresh way of dealing with Emergency situations centered on my strengths as an Medical Practitioner. A better approach rather than the standardized way of doing things. I appreciate the fact that the trainer encourages continuation of training in Emergency Care and the desire to know more within the field as to give patients the Service they deserve. What an Experience !!🙌
What was the most valuable part of this training for you?:
A more systemic and organized way of approaching an emergency and the correct path to follow when in complicated situations using established guidelines . Also a more simple way to be comfortable with the use of the defibrillator, not always relying on AED as a more comfortable mode of assessing rhythms during high quality CPR.

Very educational, practical and hands-on course. You come back Very confident about managing any emergency case.

Very informative and interactive. Every health professional should undergo BLS training in order to recognise the signs of cardiac arrest and how to respond to life threatening conditions.

The importance of high quality CPR and not delaying the start thereof.

Interaction was the heart of the training. The instructor was giving us tips, pros and cons with real past experiences. A training is always easier when the instructor understands the students and challenges them to show them how far they can go. Dr Ramantsi, showed us what we are capable of, with the resources available in our hospital settings.

The check lists, as compass. They are flexible to the situation and complete each other.

Interactive, gives everyone an equal opportunity to learn, voice their opinion and practice the skills needed in the course.

Teaching was interactive making learning easier. Course content was explained in a simpler manner allowing for better recall of the information.

The more comprehensive training regarding high quality BLS with the main focus on cardiac and stroke care. As well is a comprehensive team approach to resuscitation.

Being able to understand and use the Q- cards.

The course really teaches what is relevant and practical for everyday emergency encounter for children.
What was the most valuable part of this training for you?:
Moved me from having a general sense of what to do and dialed it to specific and understanding why specifics or details are important and made me to truly appreciate the finer details and teaching a basic system of approach made things a lot easier.

How would you describe this training to a colleague?:
The BLS forms a foundation for all types of advanced life support, doing my BLS refresher course with Health Embassy was a great experience because it polished my skills and knowledge in a way that exceeded my expectations.
What was the most valuable part of this training for you?:
I really liked and enjoyed how the course was structured and conducted.....everything was put into perspective, and made perfect sense after all.

The training was fun but also helpful, Dr Ramantsi was very professional, and he also made it easy to understand. I love the way he presented the training; I am n trainer myself and I will definitely use some of his ways with the training. Thank you Dr Ramantsi for sharing your knowledge with us
